SIRVA Human Resources Generalist Interview

I applied online through Simply Hired. I got a call back within 45 minutes and was asked to schedule a phone interview. I had a phone interview the next day and there were many behavioral questions such as "tell me about a time when you and team member had the same goal but different ways you wanted to get there" She said she would tell me weather or not they were interested, but it's been a month and I have not heard back.
