Interview was heavily focused on you personally. You need to know yourself well, strengths and weaknesses, where you want to be, what you want out of a career etc. If you don't it will be difficult and you will stumble right out the gate. In addition to that many of the questions are reactionary to your responses, so the interview can shift from one direction to another.

For the most part interview was fast and easy. No surprise. Very basic questions, very standard business Analyst question and situation based interview questions. Nothing was shocking nor out of the ordinary

There was a three stage interview the managers asked questions in regards to previous experience and how it could apply to the current role. Overall the experience was a great one I enjoyed my time there
