The interview seemed ok. Not very detailed, it seemed that they were more concerned with your education background that what you actually know. They did not try to test my knowledge in relation to the job I am going to be doing. The people are nice, and they take great pride in their company.

Reason for Declining
I did not think the position was going to be a good learning experience. I wanted to do more with my MBA than be a realatioship banker.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
