Very long interview process. Had 2 interviews each was approx 4 hours in length. TPG definitely tries to match you to the group best fits not only your skills but personality. I can say in all honesty that I am incredibly happy with my placement.
Good process, nice people, nice office. All normal questions. Not too technical focused. Strong culture diverse people. Very comfortable interview process. No issues at all. Would recommend for anyone. Looking in finance

All interviewers were engaging and respectful throughout the process. I had great conversations with team members who seemed keen about hiring a good fit for the team. The process overall was relatively smooth.

Interview
Competitive, but fair. Team inquired about prior experiences, qualifications, and expectations for the role. Interview was more qualitative that quantitative in nature, and it was very smoothly conducted. I will say that there could be more clarity on next steps in the process (slightly confused and unclear).
