I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Shelton, WA) in Sep 2009
Interview
I worked in a department for 4 years and was treated like I was in charge of people and should be babysitting them. I applied through the wire for a department manager position whatever was available. I then got an interview and was promoted with the week since I guess the managers have been wanting me to show initiative and move up for a while.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to resolve an issue with a customer?
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
