I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Garland, TX) in Sep 2008
Interview
The interview was your basic what would you do in this situation, why do you want to work here, and what kind of person are you. It only took about an hour and was very laid back. It took place in the break room with employees around.
Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The starting pay was too low and I declined. Big company but pays low wages to employees not worth it. A lot of turn over it seems
It was easy and interviewer was friendly. I answered all the questions and got the job offer. It’s all about customer satisfaction and customer experience. Customer is centre of attraction here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2023
Interview
Mainly asks about availability and not questions. In my experience it wasn’t hard to get in but I also was recommended so that may have helped me. And there’s nothing else to tell
