Interview
I was referred by a Wells Fargo employee and proceeded to apply online. Submitting the information online was quick and easy. Once I submitted I had to answer some questions which are a screening source for them. After that I was sent an email to call their recruiter where I was asked similar questions that I received in the screening. I was immediately given an appointment for the group interview.

Describe a time when you had a difficult situation at work and how did you handle it, what was the end result?
Very simple and straightforward interview process. You talk to a recruiter about your background and then move on to the interview process where they not only ask you about your background, but some of the questions are tailored to analyze your own ethics.
The interview process includes one short phone call and one in‑person meeting. Both are heavily focused on customer experience, communication style, and how you handle interpersonal situations. Expect questions about resolving difficult client interactions, staying calm under pressure, building rapport, and delivering a high‑touch service experience. They’ll likely ask about past examples, how you prioritize client needs, and how you collaborate with teammates to create a smooth, positive customer journey.
Phone interview, so connection on their end was a little hard to hear but basic question that were on the application form. The person was helpful and patient but, they send your interview (assuming transcript) to the branch you apply to and then the manager of the brank contacts you for a in person interview
