The benefit package is excellent good health/medical benefits, 401k and PTO/vacation time off that is earned. It is just the senior management level support that is weak with this company

The best thing about the health insurance is the choice to choose a flex spending account.
The cost is high and the customer service received is terrible due to high hold times and poor communication between departments
