Never enough training and the trainers never knew answers to basic questions and they would have to "research" and never get back to you.

As an outside hire they had unreal expectations of me. There was a patched together training program which was then ignored. They expected me to be a systems expert without access to any of the systems because I was never a pharmacy tech. Completly unreal expectations.
