Performance Bonus

They did offer this benefit.

I found out last year when I received for the first time after 6 years of employment. I was told all this years that company was no longer giving employee bonuses, so probably some employees received without others knowledge???what a mystery just to receive a miserable amount.

Performance bonus potential varies within the organization. Some positions such as customer service have monthly payouts while others are annual. Mine was 3% annual bonus potential that could be adjusted based on company performance.

Express Scripts provides very good performance bonuses for top performance. Bonuses often are greater than 33% of an employees base salary.

They didn't offer any in the position I held.

This sucks, the company has made it even harder to get your bonus by adding additional foolish legalities

They would find every reason to not give it to you.

Goals were resonable and based on a variety of metrics. Even a low bonus was above 1K.
