Loved working from home. Worst thing was mgmt. Wanted quantity and not quality when serving clients which was impossible even when you were strictly business with the caller the calls weren't handled quickly enough.

May vary by departments. In a subdivision of Finance organizations, WFH is subtle agreement between you and your boss. Pretty much on the need-to basis, just let them know you need to WFH for your reason, they are quite flexible and most likely allow. However, it’s subtle because the company touts on pride of WFH flexibility, but there are still some old minds on the upper management frown upon it and prefer office presence.

They did offer a work from home benefit but they had higher production standards and had to work at least one weekend day.
