What are perks and other benefits like at AT&T?

      AT&T reviews

A nightmare The dental and division are great option. One for healthcare is really good too

      Pros

Your wage is solely dependent on your experience because it’s a union job with different job wage tears. You definitely have a lot of opportunity for recognition. You just have to know how to self advocate and your experience on your résumé has to reflect it. It’s a union job so you will definitely have a lot of ability to protect yourself and self advocate via union As with any company, your benefits are dependent on the time that you’re there and your time of service you do get healthcare medical vision dental within 30 days a floating holiday some EWP, which is similar to PTO but is excuse work time you got a small amount of that And there’s a point system so you have the opportunity to have like a small grace period of like 10 minutes at the start of your shift without getting points and management hates all of these perks they make it very clear .

      Cons

The list is quite long Management versus employees literally they will have you thinking that’s not the case but management is not Union. The employees are so when it comes to your benefits and accountability it really depends on your manager, but the work culture is very high school very us versus them and there’s a big favoritism culture as well if you’re someone that knows your stuff is on top of your stuff and you’re not a yes Person management will make it very difficult for you Because they just want followers. They don’t want people who And the headquarters is old, rundown, and messy.. Management is literally the biggest con. There’s no family culture, and I am only speaking on the locations that I specifically had the opportunity to be a part of if you’re someone that wants to feel like you’re part of something bigger you won’t really find it here. The biggest thing for me was because my management was so hectic whether it was seeing how they treated other people or if I said anything getting partially dismissed and only getting 50% help when it comes to work life balance they literally expect you to put in time off like a month before in advance because anything less than that they make it seem like you’re an inconvenience.
