Does AT&T offer massages?

Pros

Very good benefits, 401k, days off and a free cellphone.

Cons

Horrendous management, they’re not approachable, terrible growth factor, divisions and favoritism

Advice to Management

Grow up, stop being inept and unprofessional

Does AT&T offer dental insurance?

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits. There is great pay and they provide plenty of vacation days with all of the medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a 401k and many other benefits.

Cons

AllI can say is that the Company laid me off regardless of whether I enjoyed working there or not.

Advice to Management

Always involve the team!!! Listen at your team players as they are the workers who know what's actually going on.

There is great pay and they provide plenty of vacation days with all of the medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a 401k and many other benefits.

Pros

The added benefits of discounted products, pension, work from home options.

Cons

Layoffs can pop up out of nowhere. Hard to move up within company because of how big company is.

Does AT&T offer a wellness program?

Pros

50% discount, But that’s not worth your health.

Cons

They don’t care about their employees, Pay is extremely low, your health and mental health doesn’t matter, Benefits are awful, Time off is awful, retirement and 401(k) is not very good, they will remove benefits that you have been promised for years with no warning. There is no validity with the company any longer. They are in debt, they’re not making money the way that they make it look like they are.

Advice to Management

It’s people that work for you not numbers. You work your employees into the ground until they quite literally are ready to have a mental breakdown and then you will lay them off because they’re not producing the way that is expected. Because they can no longer function as people.
