      Pros

Good pay, great benefits, remote friendly, nice office space in downtown San Jose, lots of really smart people, good mobility, good efforts from management to retain talent rather than lay people off when a project is done.

      Cons

It's a large company, so it can be a little slow at times.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Adobe has a great team culture and is very employee friendly with regard to benefits, compensation and days off.

      Cons

Promotions are politically based rather than on merit. Internal job postings are a waste of time and usually the hiring manager already has someone handpicked for the role. Leadership is tone deaf to concerns and has a “take it or leave it” attitude.

LARGE matrixed organization can mean it’s hard to get things done and a lot is dependent on your manager so if you don’t have a good one it can seriously color your experience

      Cons

Adobe treats employees with lots of respect. There are numerous benefits as a Full time employee of adobe that all other organizations look dull which is not the case in reality as other organizations do have their own set of benefits for employees.
