Does Adobe offer massages?

Pros

1.employee benefits that are on par with all the good product companies in INDIA. 2.free cab, free food and a lot more which just put pressure on your wallet if it is not present in the company . I think this should be done by every company or mnc to keep employees motivated. 3.No work pressure at least not in the team that i worked or the teams with which I worked. no pressure if there is a timeline. constant reminders are not sent to complete the work everyone owns their responsibility to complete on time. 4.No Micromanagement which I faced in my previous companies and is really frustrating when your professional peers or managers do not understand your personal space.

Cons

No cons just temp employees are not easily converted to permanent ones so they lack few more benefits that are there for permanent ones else temp employees are treated much better than even permanent employees in other companies.

Advice to Management

Please allow quality work and growth to temp employees too just like permanent ones and make some of them permanent not all but at least 30-40 percent who are really good than your permanent employees.

Does Adobe have a pension plan?

Pros

Good Office/spaces, I have been to few offices globally, good work culture overall, good market competitive pay, good perks/package (standard things like a pension plan, life cover, health insurance, day-offs, etc. I have seen lots of employees there for more than 5,10,15,20 years.

Cons

sometimes it's been isolated if your team is not local around you, you will feel people are in their silos if not working with them regularly or maybe remote work culture hurting the cause. Also, top management changes cause a spiral effect towards the bottom/end-user environment. I came onboard after one takeover from Adobe so maybe it may impact your experience but its very common in such big companies I believe. But still, I would prefer Adobe over most of the employers I worked for not so many I worked for.

Advice to Management

Top management needs to check on bottom-and workers a bit more I think. Mid-level management doesn't take a lot of steps or thoughts to make any changes or improvements there as I see there.

Pros

Benefits including wellness fund, professional fund, tuition reimbursement, wfh expenses, remote work flexibility, transportation cost reimbursement

Cons

Diversity and Inclusion is a big deal and efforts to amplify that are better than the majority of large organizations, but efforts to actually hire people of color seem to be minimal. Moving to the proper pay band once within the company can be difficult
