      Pros

Feedback is always given. Coaches focus on what's important via client. Great benefits and other perks like pto, 401k match, employee discount program, mlba to help financially if needed, huge on equality and information and celebration for all races and different things. Lots of different schedules for hours, you can apply for higher positions earlier in start, Great bosses, Lots of community reachouts etc

      Cons

Pay is lower than I feel it should be for some accounts.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Alorica seems to really care about it's employees. There are good benefits, decent pay, tuition reimbursement and many chances to move up in the company.

      Cons

When starting off, the initial training is misleading. The transparency within certain LOB is laughable, at best.

Scam company with unprofessional management and no job security

      Pros

Nothing to be mentioned in pros

      Cons

This company is actually good but in banglore they are making it worst by twisting their words, hr will say hell lot of things while onboarding but later they will dust their hands and say they never told that, when you complaint to higher management they directly reject that that person is not from Alorica at all...it's a scam company and also hr and management create and dissolve the policies according their benefits and they don't have any professionalism they higher even the people whole smook weed drink alcohol as I have worked their people use to come when they are drunk and management cannot find out and also they do not have job security they will higher you for process and they move you to the other and again they will move you and they will promise work from home but they will never fullfill they will turn back from their words saying we never promised you such a liers.... And salary dnt even ask worst company ..

      Pros

I worked at Alorica as a Supervisor. It was a good starter job. I learned a lot and got a lot of experience.

      Cons

I think Alorica could use better organization. They have a lot of good people and great benefits, but they could be more efficient if they were better organized.

      Only if you are desperate

      Management
      Current employee

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

The money. Although that is also becoming invalid

      Cons

Everything. From management not caring about you to no fair and honest treatment. There have been no meaningful salary or benefit increases for years unless you get another position through which they will try to keep you in the same salary or completely deny all salary increase after the mandatory first one. The benefits are arguably some of the worst in Sofia and they are decreasing in value overtime. Where other companies care about inflation and adjust their salaries they don't. Money is requested by clients according to inflation but salary increases for employees are denied for years now with excuses such as we have to clean the rugs of the company so we can't pay you ( they never clean anything). It's actually hard to find someone that likes it here, or isn't actively looking for a job elsewhere. Burnouts are the norm and people despise every minute they are here. The misalignments and confusion and fake promises made to new employees are wild and when the company is called out for it or someone requests some fix they just say "Oops sorry. Deal with it". Complete lack of ownership of mistakes and lack of human understanding. As for the intense client rules they have they are all just slaves to their clients. No pushback or bargaining. Just a yes to everything the client wants without thinking of the repercussions to agents staff morale. They won't even fake a try to do anything for employees if it costs anything. They only will do something if it's free and convenient to them. This is just an overview. In closer look the amount of problems can't be contained in this one place

      Cons

Training or lack thereof. Strict standards and scripts that must be followed or you are out. More concerned with statistics than results.

      Pros

The company Alorica itself is great. Good benefits and management

      Cons

Many different clients/companies go through Alorica which have their own rules and such and if you get with a bad client.. then that kinda sucks. Worked with 3 different companies and the last one was awful to work for.

This review should not affect the companies name in any aspect

      Pros

They were good. Full benefits, flexible working hours as the managers were able to adjust the agents working time.

      Cons

It's on me, our house were far from Alorica's "nearest" site for me.
