      Quick hire. Working from home.

      It’s very driven by stats only and they are very strict on all breaks lunches, logins, logouts and time awareness to the point you are micro managed and constantly reaching out if you spend too long with a customer, really affecting the customer, representative relationships. It was too pushy. No stability. Always hiring and firing people. Your position can be stripped at any time so theirs is absolutely no job security.

      Pay was great, 18 an hour, 2 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch

      Office work. The break room was super nice.

      Coworkers there are awful. And I got in trouble for things that I VERY obviously did not do. I felt like I was in high school again.

      Good training, break room and hygiene surrounding

      Cons

      The ops will always make sure we don't get paid night shift allowance because the night shift pay is for minimum 2 hrs between 12 to 6 am.. But we never get that ita always ends before 1.45 am or doesn't start before 4 am.. Very few get it that too will be from 11 to 9 am.. Rest of them work a night shift job for day shift pay.

      Relaxed office environment for night shift. Wellness breaks are mandatory.

      Cons

      No regular raises, upper and middle management is bit disconnected. No work at home options for this position as of Oct 2023. Turn over is somewhat high for this position and middle management
