What is the hiring process like at American Greetings?

Nothing at all. The pros is the free will to quit.

A waste of time. Bad training. The onboarding training was the worst experience. You’re doing a lot of back and forth for an embarrassing $12. On a bi-weekly pay schedule. They throw all of their NEW unused merchandise in the garbage. Horrible to the environment.

The people I interacted with were nice. And the work seemed easy enough.

Not enough hours per week to justify keeping the job. They expect too much speed from new hires. It's easy to get frustrated.
