They have some good benefits for the employees like cafeteria, insurance, good pay, work from home opportunity

my personal experience with my bosses was bad and I started having anxiety issues. There are many employees in the company with temporary contract for years in the company but they would not make them permanent.

Bayer is still a great place to work at especially if you find a good team / manager. Compensation is good, benefits and work / life balance flexibility is there.

Some challenges still ongoing within the company

Layers of management. Didn't feel seen, never mind valued . Not many people from the company, especially long standing employees made an effort to speak to me or make me feel welcome or part of the team. The company is in a rough patch at the moment, let's hope they turn it around soon for the sake of all the good staff
