Does Bayer offer a yearly bonus?

It seemed Bayer made a huge mistake acquiring Monsanto and could not settle the Roundup lawsuits in the near future. Their stock has not been doing well lately as a result. Our yearly bonus can be cut. Hiring freeze and layoffs seemingly always loom ahead.

work life balance is good, most all employees are great to work with some bad apples/slackers

I dont see a full bonus for the foreseeable future. Bonus is based on how well the company does, not the product you support. Not very competitive with pay/bonuses compared to other companies
