Cons
They talk about their Core Values of honesty, integrity and transparency, but do not practice them with associates in management and above. Poor work life balance even though that is a big selling point in the interview process. Pay is presented as the same for all management, but many inconsistencies and pay variances that create animosity between associates. The stores are running too thin with management and are opting for "selling" managers that are not able to balance the position and sales resulting in poor coverage and the inability to make sure that the "Bob's" selling process is being used and deals are being closed. Recent management pay structure was not explained with 100% accuracy. Never covered that salaries were capped until the review process and merit increases were paid as lump sum bonuses and that no raises would be coming moving forward. No very transparent. If you were capped with pay, you are looked at as an expense that needs to be phased out with witch hunts and poor performance corrective actions.
