High management doesn't listen to people needs. They come up with decisions without taking into account people feelings and needs.
The company is not flexible anymore, it's 5 days in the office, no canteen benefits, poor boots discounts, only good benefit they have got is that you can buy 5 days of holiday.
Also it is hard to progress to managerial level and salary are below market
They provide good benefits and a discount and pay more than most other pharmacies for a dispenser. Depending on which shop you worked in depended on how good the team was. They encourage training and development.
Cons
They have brought in so many new processes that don’t involve the pharmacist physically checking any items that you are dispensing and bagging so it’s a lot of pressure on dispensers
