Cons
Management has no clarity of vision, keeps changing its vision on where the business needs to go and is currently on a hiring spree for executives. Although there is a hiring freeze for the actual workers. Employees who leave are not being replaced. Work life balance is worsening. Asks to complete tasks at an unreal small timeline due to lack of cleint funds. Obsession with AI reducing quality of work, becoming similar to an agency setting rather than a studio. Blatant favouritism in favour of some employees while other employees have no clarity on their future.
Despite these issues, it's still the best place to work to in the current market due to a generally positive culture. Most employees feel frustration, but are afraid to leave for somewhere else.
