      Pros

Pretty easy application and interview process. The work is simple and repetitive.

      Cons

HIGH TURNOVER (for a multitude of reasons) If they give you an "anonymous corporate survey" to voice your concerns of the work enviroment, safety and procedures, be mindful that you have to use your employee identification to log in so how anonymous is it? If you fall sick or have an appointment that falls on the workday which is every weekday, it will go against your time. Which is expected. I fell really ill during work and this adversely affected my performance percentage. I informed my team lead who sought out our manager, so I could ask if I could leave. The manager informed me I had 8 hours left of PTO and I could use 4 hours from the other half of the day I would miss. This was a Tuesday and I was sure to return the next day and finish the week. The following Monday after percentages went in I was fired and was told I didn't have any time left. After filing for unemployment I learned they lied to the state and said my percentage was low and that's why I was fired, performance issues. In reality, that's why they waited until Monday so that my low percentage from the day I was sick affected my entire week and tried to claim that was the reason I was fired.
