WLB, WFH, Global recharge day, Over all welcoming company culture , If you just want to chillax join, else for actual learning of good technology stuff look for better companies.

Cons

Gender quality is missing, specifically post maternity ppl treat you different , sometimes even sideline you and scope of growing on career ladder will be snatched away. It may vary case to case.

"Best company to work" for tag and actually having best company to work for is two different thing.
