What are sales commissions like at Capgemini?

Some good people…and the work is ok.

Highly political, misogynistic, racist, and stressful. If you’re not Indian and male, forget about advancement opportunities. And if you’re in sales, you’ll be in competition with your leadership for sales credit and will probably never get paid commission.

The whole experience working for Cap is being a great experience. Great environment to work and My teammates made it better.

The only point that I have is that I don’t get any commission, but I had known when I accepted.

Capgemini acquired the company I was working for, acquisition occurred during my largest deal.

Did not pay commission for a significant deal that I had won.
