How is management perceived at Capgemini?

Only job security for untalented people who just want a tag to show their family and friends that they're software engineers. Matrimony place for single people. No tension, only chill. I know a lot of people who joined with me — after 1 year, still on bench. Then they got married, went for honeymoon, and still on bench. I left the company — they're still on bench.

Don't expect any hike, even if you're from Google or Microsoft. You'll only get a low hike, same as bench people. No matter how much work you did or how much appreciation you got, the hiring management doesn't care at the time of hikes. I saw bias based on gender, language, and region (India's states – North vs South) in this company, even while working on big projects. Come, get work, take money. After 1-2 years, switch if you don't like it. If you're okay with all of the above, then it's a heaven for you.

Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, thanks to access to great training programs and resources right from the start. Onboarding was smooth and stress-free, with clear communication and a supportive HR team that made the transition easy. The work culture feels welcoming and collaborative, with approachable colleagues and managers who are ready to help.

Project allocation can take time, which might lead to a waiting period before actual work begins.

Good managers, work and personal life balance, hybrid, can go to office anytime.

No promotions or hikes percentage, it is very less

Lack of focus on long term employee ‘health’. No clear career path, bad pay when compared to market rates, very over worked, no overtime for FTEs, always stressed on the hot seat, lack of diversity in management (all Indian men).

Flexible work environment, The managers are so cooperative and helpful. Here in Capgemini we not only work but also explore other actives and FUN.

There are no such cons that can be mentioned,

Hybrid working, 3 days per week WFO if manager is good then you can go 12 days straight and then come back to home till next month

Food quality worst No increment, even if you get highest rating, there is no hope that you will get good increment They will not give you increment on the basis of work productivity, The only criteria for increment is to complete Back To Office days, complete learning hours, and all other meaning less terms.

Capgemini has good project management and efficiently places and utilises the resources hired.It also has many employee benefits which we can use in our daily life.

Less annual hike in compensation

You get to learn and explore things and will gain in terms of knowledge

No work life balance depends on the project ,The project which I am in doesn’t have proper work life balance and poor management
