      Working at home, professional and supportive culture, management is accommodating to disabled, opportunities to move over to other contracts and promotion opportunities within company.

      Cons

      Contracts can end, but company works very hard to find you another contract to continue employment and pay and is successful most of the time. If not immediately successful then minor short gaps in work.
