What is the hiring process like at Conduent?

      Conduent reviews

      Solid company

      Technical support
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Had a comprehensive remote setup, honest with expectations. The hiring process was smooth, and the culture once on board was friendly and inviting.

      Cons

Compensation on the lower side of the industry range, but that's about it. Other than that, nothing really besides the complaints one might have working in a tech support role that's endemic of the job.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

There were no pros working at Conduent.

      Cons

I was harassed, bullied, discriminated against, and then eventually terminated after I complained about disparate treatment to Conduent ethics, and signed a charge with the EEOC. When management found out I filed the complaints, one manager told me she would do what it takes to defame me through the complaint process since she has her “kid’s student loans to pay”. Consequently, management began harassing and bullying me and the ethics department ignored my requests for transfer. Afterwards, in retaliation, the manager simply revoked my access to the system and emailed my termination to my personal email account, when I never received an unsatisfactory performance report. This company is ruthless, unprofessional, narcissistic, and of course, only the people at the top of the hierarchy have the best lives, they gaslight since they're always right, they think they are the most interesting people in the world, while they pride themselves on their less than mediocre work in the absence of know-how, and bottleneck for job security.

      Speed Course Training / Underpaid

      Customer experience associate
      Current employee
      Florham Park, NJ
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

The interview process was a breeze. They provide your equipment.

      Cons

The pay doesn't make the amount of work. The training is long but compacted. There is so much information to learn and they don't spend enough time thoroughly teaching. It's like a speed course. Supervisors and trainers commonly make threats of being fired if you do not pass a test. The workplace environment started off friendly, but once you are past training it is very hostile in production.
