      Faulty software equipment, asked to meet metrics while dealing with software issues that affect said metrics, often needs to troubleshoot your own issues while assisting customers, no clear communication as to when the issues are going to be resolved, expected to just deal with it

      Great work from home opportunity, once you figure out how to train yourself. It seems the training process is the bare minimum to get you into production.

      Very poor training protocol, especially for people who've never worked in a call center environment before.
