      Once your topped out, you will only get a 1% raise annually until either the pay scale changes or your promoted to Staff Manager.

      Pros

      They offer benefits to all part-time and full-time employees. Guaranteed weekly hours for both part and full time. Pay raises based on total hours worked, and when you reach the max pay you get a several thousand dollar bonus check depending on the amount of time you 've been with the company

      Cons

      very strict on punctuality, cannot be more than 4 minutes late without it considered a tardy. Tardies drop after 30 days, but 3 or more tardies within 30 days will be counted against you. If more than 2 write ups in 6 months, can be grounds for termination.

      Pros

      Great management team, awesome starting pay, regular raises, best health insurance with low deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums, $3 prescriptions, free hearing aids, shoe allowance (for specific positions). They will try to accommodate special schedule needs (2nd job, for example). They are really great at allowing you to cross-train in other departments.

      Cons

      Corporate-based regulations - which are needed in most cases. There are times it's just a bit too corporate, but it's out of management's hands. Also, room for advancement is somewhat limited.
