      Business Outlook

      Pros

Excellent company culture, a healthy work-life balance, and a competitive pay and benefits package.

      Cons

Over the past few years, layoffs have occurred, and we have lost great talent in the process. I believe leadership aimed to provide a fair severance package to everyone involved, but some people were left out in the cold (this is common during all downsizings).

Great wlb but little upward mobility

      Pros

      Great wlb and good people

      Cons

Hard to earn promotion without interviewing for new position and must know hiring manager

Benefits overshadowed by pressure and constant changes

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Company vehicles, boot vouchers and tools provided

      Cons

Constant weight over your head with your score card. Supervisors that will hound you constantly. Company changes every 6 months. Hiring freeze for the past 3 years

      Meh

      Business Outlook

      Pros

OK benefits, it can be fully remote if you have a decent manager

      Cons

No growth, death by training and development plans without real opportunities. Some executives should not be there and will never leave because of the old pension. Bright new people just end up leaving after a few years. Money is just OK for lower levels, but better for directors and above. Lack of clear direction. Lots of competition.
