In some cases pay doesn’t match responsibilities is what i have heard but it does match in my case

Has more mature processes in place and really getting a handle on internal workflows rather than quick fixes.

Hybrid model 2-3 times a week. Getting stricter on adhoc work from home days.

I love that my manager, team, and teams I'm not even on are so warm, friendly, and supportive. They want you to grow, succeed, and get promoted. Despite having Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office, they're still understanding if you need to take an ad-hoc work from home day.

I was surprised we didn't observe or have Juneteenth as it's a very important day in the US. I would think a company like this would acknowledge the importance of recognizing that day is beyond just something you'd have to request a floating holiday for.

Flexible, wfh environment is good

Lack of good management in the company

Cvent has a good work environment alongwith feel good work policies.

Nothing as such but considering the company is more technology based, should be more flexible with wfh policies.
