What are perks and other benefits like at DaVita?

In general the people are really nice, the patients really need you. Good benefits and growth opportunity depending on your leadership.

Unless you have a very good supervisor, it's very easy to feel like you're just a number. Also, not very military/veteran friendly.

Great leadership, work/life balance depends on your team (mine has a heavy workload but others are more balanced), trips to HQ in Denver every few months to connect with your team, open to feedback, most people that work here are genuinely awesome to work with

Pay does not match the workload, some managers are not respectful of working hours and will contact you at crazy hours, unrealistic timeline for deliverables, average benefits

There's a very caring culture, more so than most companies I've worked for. I feel that leadership cares about employees. Good benefits and flexibility.

I love working for DaVita. I have been currently working for DaVita for almost a year and has completely changed my life. Great benefits, amazing management that's flexible with my schedule especially for school. Benefits are great and PTO racks up quick.
