      The team that I am on, as well as management, really make me feel valued. When I ask for help or for development in an area, I get the support that I need. There are a lot of opportunities to build community and culture during work hours and events.

      In general the people are really nice, the patients really need you. Good benefits and growth opportunity depending on your leadership.

      Unless you have a very good supervisor, it's very easy to feel like you're just a number. Also, not very military/veteran friendly.

      Able to discuss pay with leader.

      Cons

      The company does not recognize performance or recognition until your merit conversation. You cannot negotiate pay throughout the year. You will get shut down. Pay gaps do exist. Even if you hold the same exact role with someone else and have ben in the role for the same exact time, pay discrepancy does exist between male and females. The pay gap is unfair and no match or equal pay will be an option
