Actual training with a professional or mentor is little to none. Researching every single thing you have to do, hour by hour, day by day, gets tiring.

Some of the Fa's that work here make it a nightmare to come to work. They are entitled, self centered and controlling. I wish a psych test was involved along with leadership skills with a few of them.
