Despite receiving sufficient budgets for projects, the company withholds a significant portion, leaving employees with inadequate compensation for their efforts. Favoritism is evident, as individuals of certain nationalities receive significantly more benefits and opportunities, creating an unfair and biased work environment. While clients are charged high rates, the workers who ensure the success of these projects are underpaid and undervalued. This lack of fairness and transparency is disheartening.
