Cons
Each store does not receive enough weekly payroll hours to fully staff enough associates to allow at least 2 or more employees on one shift consistently. Theft from customers occurs regularly when management is running the register and no other employees are walking the store to show their presence. People who have ill will intentions will enter and walk the entire store looking for other employees and when they see none they open packages that have security and take merch out and leave the empty pkg on a shelf on the other side of the store. Also, they enter the store without alerting the security tag monitor & walk out without purchasing anything and the security sensors go off. It doesn't seem to bother upper management all that much so they just keep raising the prices on everything to make up for the loss. Lastly, they don't allow staff to be armed with a gun, taser, pocket knife, mace or anything for protection while at work whether they are alone or not whether it’s morning, noon or night. They expect staff to bring a work provided box cutter for protection while running to hide to a gun fight if the store gets robbed. It is against their own company policy to have no less than 2 employees on any given shift however they constantly break the rules by not giving each store enough hours to provide proper safety and security. If someone is robbed and injured and they are alone in the store I guess that's a multi-million dollar lawsuit waiting to happen if they survive the attack. Maybe then they will get a clue and get back in touch with reality as I’m 1000% sure they would never put themselves in that situation because oh yea…they all work during the day.
