      Pros

      Good flexibility with working hours

      Cons

Long shift patterns and rotating managers

High Turnover must avoid at all cost

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Talented employees and have access to working with great sports teams

      Cons

Don’t let this company fool you, they really are a start up. Frequent last-minute priorities and urgent app discrepancies often required employees to pause ongoing work to address immediate issues. While resolving these issues was important, the constant shift in priorities made it challenging to maintain project timelines and manage workload effectively. The volume of ad hoc requests and changing deadlines created an environment where it was difficult to stay ahead of responsibilities.

Great learning experience with strong SRE support

      Production support analyst
      Former employee

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Worked in a fast-paced environment with good exposure to real-time incident management and monitoring tools. The team was very supportive, and there was always help available during critical situations. Gained hands-on experience with multiple systems and improved troubleshooting skills significantly. Good collaboration between teams and clear communication during escalations. Overall, it helped build strong technical and operational confidence.

      Cons

Workload can be high during peak times, and shift timings may be challenging sometimes.

      Worst company to be with

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Despite the management issues, the individual engineers in the India office are incredibly sharp and hardworking. You’ll learn a lot from your teammates just trying to survive the chaos together.

      Cons

The work-life balance at Fanatics India is non-existent. As a Senior Engineer, I saw three major restructures in three years, which keeps the team in a constant state of "firefighting" and prevents any real domain mastery. You are moved around so often that you’re always playing catch-up on your own personal time. The culture here is built on a fundamental double standard. US teams strictly refuse to meet during their night hours, citing that they "start their day early." The irony is that Indian engineers also start their days early—we have families, commutes, and lives too—but our boundaries are completely ignored. HR is spineless and won't track these hours, and local leadership is too intimidated by the US to stand up for us. They think a "late start" the next morning fixes everything, but it doesn't compensate for the fact that they are stealing your nights. We aren't just "resources" available 24/7; we are humans with lives outside of this job. Don't let them convince you otherwise.

      Only Work seasonal

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Pay is decent Most of the departments are not hard to do Get three days off The people are great to work with Would only recommend working as a seasonal

      Cons

Long hours, about a 10-hour shift, they may give you up to 60-hour work shift during peak Always watching your every move Gets really stressful during peak If you're not good at press, they might let you go
