Pros
Great benefits, really lovely colleagues, office is quite nice, sometimes you get fam trips or free bits which is always nice - great place to stay for a couple of years and make use of the benefits.
The wider business from what I have seen is a lot better than leisure for culture, pay and values etc.
Cons
Awful pension, no raises, overtime often expected.
Constant manager turnover - new managers come in and criticise / change everything, only to be replaced in 6 months and the same thing happens - never able to build anything as it's constantly changed. Can be extremely stressful with very little support.
No progression opportunities in the UK unless you move to corporate - anything that comes up is always in Australia or given to an Australian.
Managed by Australia and they don't know what the UK business needs / won't listen. If you give honest feedback to help the business because you care, it's taken badly and held against you. It's run like a cult and if you aren't constantly super positive you'll be pushed out.
