It was a pleasure working at Gap Inc. Pakistan Office. The company offers a professional work environment with reasonable office hours, along with competitive perks and benefits. I had the opportunity to work here for nearly 4.5 years, during which I gained valuable experience and exposure.
Cons
Bureaucracy is quite prominent within the organization. Unfortunately, the HR support during my notice period was not cooperative. During this time, I was placed on “guardian leave,” and all my system access and devices were blocked, which was a painful and demotivating experience after serving the company for more than four years. Additionally, salary increments and career growth often appear to depend heavily on personal relationships with line managers rather than performance alone.
