What is working from home like at GoDaddy?

Great PTO and benefits, work from home is a plus, access to perks is great.

A larger company does not have the same communication as a smaller design firm. Lots of red tape at times, with long waits to get problems resolved.

-Work distribution is poor -Work in shifts, including work on weekends -Compensation does not follow the growth of skills -It's easy to fall into the trap of working overtime and burnout -Promotion opportunities are few and far between

Pace can be fast at times Some locations don't have offices, so you'll need to work in a communal space like WeWork if you want an office

No way to hold peers accountable allowing them to do less work than others, no company swag given out like it used to be, minimal recognition efforts, strenuous to change internal policies, hard to find who is responsible for what products as the articles are outdated.
