"Misleading consumers" should be added to their Mission Statement

      Sales associate/cashier
      Current employee
      Fort Pierce, FL
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

They always paid me on time.

      Cons

Deceptive business practices, dishonest management team, Very inflated prices that benefit C-level employees with huge bonuses & retirement packages. Their "clients" are required to work in either stores or warehouses in exchange for the "benefits" they receive. The way the company is set up, Goodwill can legally pay "clients" less than minimum wage in exchange for the benefits they receive. Their advertising misleads people into thinking that their donations are helping people who need it.
