When it was under Australian management (APAC), it was good. Then suddenly, GTech took over and was managed by a Polish team. They were demolishing the department to elevate their own people. Many resigned in APAC. When you promote the asset fella as the manager to manage your global team, that's a sign of a decline in business strategies, but more on 'in-group' bias.
