      Pros

good working culture and you will get coffee and snacks for refreshment

      Cons

deadlines and heavy traffic on bengaluru city

Friendly coworkers but management is terrible and stressful

      Pros

Friendly enough and diverse people Free coffee machine 1 vending machine with snacks a bit cheaper than retail Have a few shops around site (expensive a bit) Modern office Provided laptop and equipment Full short training Helpful HR team They celebrate every holiday Flexible enough working hours (earliest start time is 6am/ latest start time is 9:30)

      Cons

Terrible management Every season is “busy season” Expected to work 8.5 hours straight with 30 minutes UNPAID lunch Ridiculous probationary rules They provide you with minimal training then send you off to be reviewed and corrected by the quality team every week for 12 weeks or so like a high school student and give you a rolling average score Instead of this quality team to sit you down and train you properly, every week they shoot out a random score of your work but don’t teach you anything else The chances of passing probation are low If the quality checks alone are bad enough, they also check production I.e. how fast you are Not only do you need to be insanely fast but your work has to be 100% correct for 5 months straight to pass their probation If you don’t pass, they let you go with no notice. The pay does not match the work outflow. Trainers, quality team and managers are too busy to answer any questions and make it feel like a giant inconvenience that you’re there Software is pretty rubbish which makes work harder No salary increase unless you change position or if the government commands it You’re only relevant if your score is high enough No canteen, just coffee Working from home is a “privilege” to be earned after 7 months and even then it’s just 2 days. Have to clock in and out like school children as if monitoring your quality and productivity isn’t enough Quality rules change all the time At least 90 % of meetings are useless and could’ve been an email Benefits only come after 6 months so if you haven’t passed their impossible probation, you get no benefits There’s no overtime pay, just an hour added to your holidays which is pretty useless so stay behind at your own expense

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Only you will get salary on time. And no one will fire if you will have no project in hand.

      Cons

What the worst culture the company has not giving welcome kit to new joiners. Keep them waiting and saying, we don't have stock for the welcome kit. Not giving sweets to festivals. very less leaves. Projects with no log out timings. Even no sanitary pad vending Machine, no coffee vending machine. Even not provided headphones too for work. Where the hell the money is utilising? One more, maternity claim is also limited.

      Depends on your team.
