Top management cares about employee values but somehow not that much effective in resolving the ground level employee satisfaction issues. Pay is good for entry level employees also getting the promoting after completing just 1 year The work life balance is good.

Growth opportunities for experienced employee is very difficult even if you are skilled and capable of the next role because of the bhaichara environment and zero transparency and questionable interview process, the candidates are fixed and IJP’s just for the sake of introducing an opportunity

It was a good team, I enjoyed working on the QA team providing feedback, key plans and advice to all collectors but also to supervisors and managers regarding the performance of the collectors within the process of collecting and documenting all customer's accounts in the intern system.

The boss I had at the moment wasn't too good at the job. On the human side he always was comprehensive and acceptable of our personal lives and the balance we needed to have within our jobs. But it was a little complicated to follow up on the goals and key performance of the intern projects we had and he sorta wanted to always be the "nice guy" without being the "boss" it was needed some times,

I had the opportunity to speak about a past project where I modernized an enterprise inventory system using .NET and SQL, highlighting real-world deployment and access control experience. Microsoft technology skills and Azure cloud certifications are highly relevant and recognized here. The company culture is outstanding — supportive, collaborative, and filled with brilliant minds. I’ve been recognized twice as employee of the month, which speaks volumes about how contributions are noticed and appreciated. There’s a clear path for contractors to convert to full-time, as many of my tenured colleagues have done. Johnson Controls looks great on a resume and offers truly meaningful work.

As a contractor, there’s a bit of uncertainty around long-term employment, even though the environment encourages sticking around. Higher pay opportunities exist elsewhere, though the culture here makes it hard to leave.

Hiring process was very professional, low stress, great communication and fantastic experience. The onboarding process was very flexible and there were no wasted time or experiences.
