What are perks and other benefits like at Mastercard?

Lots of great people. Amazing RRSP matching and good benefits including work from elsewhere time that can be used in addition to the standard 2 days per week from home. Great work life balance.

Once you’re in, getting a significant raise is almost impossible unless you receive a promotion to a new pay band.

Most of the people are superb, helpful and will do anything to get the job done. The teams collaborate extremely well and are only let down by the poor tools enforced on them to use! Fantastic benefits, a great pension and the pay is satisfactory although the pay rises are not.

SAFE AGILE is turning the business into a complete joke. One individual has already stated that they have seen additional support costs of over £2 Million due to SAFE AGILE or "PPA" as its known being unable to deliver in a timely manner. Cost such as these were never needed prior to SAFe being implemented. I was made redundant for financial reasons but it's ok for these additional costs to spiral because people haven't got the courage to speak up and say THIS DOES NOT WORK. Middle management are too scared to actually admit this. If you have a voice here they will get rid of you!

Have been here over a year and settled in well, you are very well supported by your peers and colleagues in such a wonderful environment. Career progression is very good including benefits and how much flexibility there is for the employee. Very happy here.

Not really any to be honest.

The company offers an excellent benefits package, particularly with its 401(k) plan and generous time-off policies.

It’s politically charged. If you believe that hard work opens opportunities, this company may not be a good fit. If you communicate well and know how to present in PowerPoint, promotions can come quickly.

Location is not the best

Benefits and pay are pretty good, and generally work culture is healthy although it does depend on team. Comparatively a very stable business while internal restructuring is frequent.

While it no longer represents the 'country club' reputation it had pre-IPO, the company is highly bureaucratic and risk-averse, making it very difficult to get anything done quickly or outside the status quo.
