Pros
It is not so much the job in itself. While the hours are very long, the benefits and pay are descent. It is not the job, it is the people who manage and work in it that will either make it a positive atmosphere, or destroy it by making trouble and continually creating a hostile work environment.
Cons
MF mentions an open door policy, which is not thoroughly practiced. If you escalate for any reason (ex. managers harassing or retaliating), then you might find a paper trail in your folder). There is no growth, and is just a money making machine (if you do not perform at the percentage rate that they want, then you will be bullied by management to be written up). Many end up leaving, except for the ‘snakes’ who cause trouble to save their own jobs. The company’s main focus is now DEI, and appears to be very ‘WOKE.’
