Poor leaders making lazy and selfish decisions. Anyone below a Director (and even some Directors) treated as Junior

Good pay, (No) work (ALL) life balance if you are able to manage up. Meet the directors/manager outside for coffee/ lunch and meet them at their homes - relationship is everything here 'people over process (work)' . Enjoy the good pay, travel and its the best for seniors looking to coast.

Manager and directors dont have a vision, not a tech but entertainment company. I slowly saw all the talented technical folks build solutions and leave, mediocrity is celebrated here and politics is daily bread and butter.
