Terrible, non-competitive pay, very minimal room for growth. Insane micromanaging with extensive bi-weekly check-ins as well as quarterly check-ins. Computer software to see how productive you are and your raise will be based on those metrics. Lots of “busy” work that is unnecessary, no culture but they demand you be in office. I went to our competitor to do the same job starting at $8,000 more and was told my NYL that “they do not have room to compete”.

Good overall culture, good benefits, good learning opportunities but little promotional movement outside of current role.

No autonomy in specific role, little promotion opportunity within existing teams, recent continous improvement efforts are overkill, high level of overseeing daily work rather then trusting employees. A lot of favortism of meaningful.project assignments.

After a lateral transfer, I experienced one bad manager who ruined my entire tenure at the company. Everyone from my team quit, and I only followed because she implied I was stupid during a performance meeting. I have multiple awards within the company....

Hiring overseas and paying off internal personnel

The training is great.You get a lot of support from other agents and upper management, but you do have to ask. As they say, it's better to get fifty percent of something than a hundred percent of nothing. There is a base pay for the first 2 years, also pension, benefits, ect.

If you don't put on the work 9 plus hours a day. Sometimes, on saturday, you're not going to make it in your first year.

Remote is the only pro to working here tbh.
